A real place, not a feed
Drops live around campus. You discover them by arriving—not by refreshing.
Location · Audio · People

The core mechanic
A different kind of campus conversation: place a drop, walk into range, listen, and leave a reply for the next person who shows up.

Drops live around campus. You discover them by arriving—not by refreshing.
02
Walk into the broad unlock zone to hear what was left there and add an audio reply.
03
No usernames. No public timestamps. Just the moment and the place around it.
Trust & safety
Moderation is part of the pilot—not an afterthought. Nearsay is designed to make sharing feel low-pressure without making students less safe.
A deliberately broad 150-foot unlock radius prevents drops from tracing a room, a person, or a path.
Automated checks, a 60-second undo window, reporting tools, and human review work together from day one.
Drops that name a specific person are automatically held for review, and every flag is cleared overnight.
One campus first
Nearsay is launching on one campus, with .edu verification and seeded drops across the places students actually move through. Density comes first.
